On Wednesday, September 2, CMAK held its 2026 second-half Compliance Committee meeting (Chair: Jeong Yu-cheol, Partner Attorney, Yulchon LLC) at Ariji CC in Yeoju, Gyeonggi Province.

The Compliance Committee is made up of industry experts with a strong interest in the laws governing Korea's construction industry and in risk management. It focuses on offering practical solutions, through regulatory research and the sharing of knowledge and case studies, so that member companies can respond proactively to the risks (cost, safety, and others) they face in carrying out their projects.

At the meeting, the members discussed the committee's direction for the second half of 2026 and the selection of presentation topics for the "Issue Diagnosis by CM Field" seminar scheduled for December.
The committee agreed to continue exchanging views on the presentation topics online and offline as needed, and to make time for informal discussion through activities such as golf and hiking.
